How to Wear:

Always wash your mask before each use.
Insert filter of choice into pouch before putting your mask on (see below for advice on filters)
Place the loop around the back of your head.
Adjust the mask to cover your mouth and nose, avoiding touching your face.
Use the cords to ensure a snug fit and tie at the back of your head.
Wash your hands before and after removing mask.
