Delivery Information

I usually send out orders twice a week, but if you need your order to be shipped ASAP, please email to let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Once you receive a dispatch email to say you order is on its way, please allow the following number of days before claiming a lost order:

UK - 15 working days (orders usually arrive next working day)
Europe - 25 working days (orders should arrive in 3 to 5 working days)
Rest of the world - 30 working days (orders should arrive in 5 to 7 working days)


Where do I send my return to?
Please email with your order number to receive a returns address. You have 28 days to return your order from the date of delivery. Please include a note stating your name, email and order number. For the item to be refunded it must be returned unwashed, undamaged and unworn and be in a resaleable condition.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.

If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.

We encourage you to try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you!) but please don't actually wear it. All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition, you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Can I cancel my order?
We only have a very small window to cancel your order once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel the order once this has been packed or dispatched, which is typically the next working day.

Please email as soon as you can with your order number and we will let you know if we are able to cancel the order for you. If we are unable to cancel the order, you have 28 days to return the order for a refund. Please note that the postage charge will not be refunded.
